Despite its tumultuous history, Tibet beckons travellers from every corner of the globe and once you experience it you will understand why!

Our extraordinary journey begins in the vibrant city of Kathmandu, Nepals eclectic capital. Here we’ll take care of all necessary visa formalities for our Tibetan escapade. While our passports are processed, we’ll seize the opportunity to take a break from the city and explore Chandragiri, just a stone’s throw away from Kathmandu.

As we ascend to the Tibetan Plateau, the highest in the world at an astonishing 4500 mts, we’ll spend time acclimatizing in Lhasa, Stroll through the city and soak in the stunning vistas; your camera won’t stop clicking as we visit iconic landmarks like the Potala Palace-the former residence of the 14th Dalai Lama – Drepung Monastery, and the lively Bakhor Bazaar.

After Lhasa, we venture to Xigatse, stopping at the charming town of Gyantse and the awe-inspiring Karo La Glacier. Prepare to be mesmerised by the sparkling waters of Yamdrok Lake and the breathtaking views from Kamba Pass. In Xigatse, we’ll explore the magnificent Tashi Lunpo Monastery, home to the legendary Thangka Wall built by the 1st Dalai Lama in 1468.

The climax of our journey awaits as we embark on a challenging, yet rewarding trek to the base camp of the legendary Mount Everest, the holy grail of all peaks. Our drive to the base camp will lead us to Rongbuk Monastery, perched at a staggering 4980 meters – the world’s highest.

Words fail to describe, “That” view of Mt. Everest from the Base Camp – so we won’t attempt it.

PAYMENT PLAN

• Please pay a booking deposit of Rs. 20000 to confirm your spot.
• Balance payment by 15th February, 2026

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation up to 90 days – Full Refund (Kathmandu – Lhasa – Kathmandu flight based on Airline Policy)
• Between 90 – 60 days – booking Deposit is non refundable
• Between 60 days – 45 days or more before departure – 70% refund
• Between 45 days – 30 days before departure – 25% refund
• Between 30 days – 15 days – 10% refund
• Between 15 days to 0 days – no refund

FORCE MAJEURE
WeGoBond shall reschedule the Trip or any activity in the event of Force Majeure which includes, any act of God, riot, war, civil unrest, flood, earthquake, strike, picket, pandemic, epidemic, lockdowns, lock-out or other form of industrial action or threatened industrial action or other cause, including any mechanical, electronic, or communications failure. In this event we may only be able to issue a credit note for the trip.

• Tips for guide and driver

• Any other personal expenses.

• Any extra expenses on account of inclement weather, flight cancellations, any unforeseen circumstance
