The famous Kota Doria weaving tradition continues in bustling markets where artisans work with the same skill passed down for generations. NOTES

• Please check train / flight timings with us before booking.
  
• Airport pickups and drops will be group transfers – please consult us before booking your flights.
  
• Order of visits in this trip might change, however every place mentioned in the itinerary will be covered.
  
• Bundi has no accommodation option that Meeta our standard and hence Kota will be our base.
• However, to ensure the journey remains smooth and enjoyable, travel will be in comfortable Innovas with only three ladies per vehicle (plus driver). This adds to the cost, but allows for a far more relaxed and pleasant exploration.

PAYMENT PLAN

• Please pay Rs.5,000 as booking deposit to confirm your spot.
  
• Balance payment due by 30th July 2026

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Complete refund if cancelled 65 days prior to the actual trip
  
• 65 days – 45 days – 50% refund of total amount
  
• 45 days – 0 days – no refund

FORCE MAJEURE

WeGoBond shall reschedule the Trip or any activity in the event of Force Majeure which includes, any act of God, riot, war, civil unrest, flood, earthquake, strike, picket, pandemic, epidemic, lockdowns, lock-out or other form of industrial action or threatened industrial action or other cause, including any mechanical, electronic, or communications failure. In this event we may only be able to issue a credit note for the trip.

• Any cost arising out of unforeseen circumstances like ill health, flight cancellations, flight change etc.
