In Kochi, life unfolds at an unhurried pace. Walk through the atmospheric lanes of Fort Kochi, where colonial facades, spice-scented air, and quiet cafés lend the town its timeless character. Chinese fishing nets sway against golden sunsets, heritage homes whisper stories of traders and travellers, and art galleries and boutique spaces add a contemporary touch to this historic port. It is a place to slow down, wander, and absorb — where every street feels like a gentle conversation between past and present.

Further north, in the Malabar region, the experience deepens with Theyyam — one of Kerala’s most powerful and ancient ritual art forms. Here, performers transform into living deities, adorned with towering headgear, intricate face paint, and elaborate costumes. As drums beat and flames flicker, these rituals unfold through the night, drawing entire communities into a space where devotion, theatre, and mythology merge. It is intense, evocative, and unlike anything else — not merely witnessed, but felt.

This journey brings together the quiet elegance of Kochi with the raw, spiritual energy of Theyyam in Kannur. While exact Theyyam schedules are announced closer to the dates, what remains certain is the experience itself — deeply rooted, visually striking, and culturally rich.

NOTES

• We need a minimum 9 confirmations to do this tour.
• Please check train / flight timings with us before booking.
• The site visits mentioned in the itinerary could shuffle within the trip dates based on the flow of the day and energy levels of our group.
• Theyyam rituals do not follow fixed schedules, so our visits and tours will be planned around the performances as they unfold. Morning rituals often begin as early as 2 am and continue until sunrise, while evening rituals carry on deep into the night till 9/9:30 pm.

• Please pay Rs.5,000 as booking deposit to confirm your spot.
• Balance payment due by 15th September 2026

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once you confirm your booking, we will proceed to book the Vande Bharat train. In case of any cancellation, the charges will be as per actuals.

• Complete refund (minus the Train ticket cancellation charges) if cancelled 90 days prior to the actual trip
  
• 90 days – 60 days – Booking amount (+train ticket cancellation fee) nonrefundable, complete refund for the balance
  
• 60 days – 50 days – 75% refund of total amount
  
• 50 days – 30 days – 25% refund of total amount
  
• 30 days – 15 days – 10% refund of total amount
  
• 15 days – 0 – no refund

FORCE MAJEURE

WeGoBond shall reschedule the Trip or any activity in the event of Force Majeure which includes, any act of God, riot, war, civil unrest, flood, earthquake, strike, picket, pandemic, epidemic, lockdowns, lock-out or other form of industrial action or threatened industrial action or other cause, including any mechanical, electronic, or communications failure. In this event, we will only be able to issue a credit note for the trip, which will be valid for 1 year only.

• Any cost arising out of unforeseen circumstances like ill‐health, land blocks, bad weather, flight cancellations/ flight delays/rescheduled flights, etc.
• Early check and late check out charges at all hotels.
