• Explore Sapa ‘the town of clouds’: Get wondrously lost in this untouched region of sweeping, rice terrace-filled valleys, and wild forest-covered mountains that reach skywards, shrouded in thick white clouds.
• Treks and tribes of Sapa: visit the villages of the Black H’mong and Dzay ethnic minority communities; it doesn’t get more quintessentially Vietnamese than this.
• Cloud hunting on Rong May Glass Bridge: Take a walk in the clouds as you cross this glass-bottomed bridge that stands 2200m above sea level!
• Hanoi City & Food tour: From Vietnamese national hero Ho Chi Minh’s former home to exploring the colourful, bustling, thrilling maze of streets and street food in the lanes of the Old Quarter, this is the perfect intro to the city.
  Hoi An walking tour: Immerse yourself in the enchanting charm of Hoi An, filled with butter-yellow storefronts, cobbled streets, and pink bougainvillaea bursting from all corners.
• Vietnam countryside villages visit: Learn how to make hats, rings and glasses from coconut leaves at the Cam Thanh coconut village, terracotta ware at Thanh Ha Pottery Village and visit Hoi An Silk Village to see how garments are made from silkworm to textile.

• Please pay INR 20,000 as a booking deposit to reserve your spot

• Balance payment due by 17th October, 2024

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Up to 90 days before departure full refund
• Between 90 – 60 days from departure – Booking amount non-refundable
• Between 60 days and 45 days before the departure date – 50% is refundable
• Between 45 days and 30 days before departure – 25% is refundable
• Between 30 days and 20 days before the departure date – 10% is refundable
• Between 20 days and 0 days before departure date – No Refund
• No refund thereafter for any cancellation or no-shows

EXCLUSIONS

• International flights (we can help you book when you confirm the trip)
• Domestic flights – will be booked on actuals at the time of booking
• TCS – (Between 5% – 20% to be deposited against your PAN card number and you can claim it back when you file your ITR)
• Travel insurance
• Any meals not mentioned in the itinerary
• Any beverages, alcoholic or non-alcoholic (including bottled water at meals included)
• Any other personal expenses
• Camera fees charged at some entrances
• Porter service
• Any cost arising out of unforeseen circumstances like ill health, land blocks, bad weather, etc
