  2. Travel enquiries and registrations.
  3. Bookings made online or offline.
  4. Payments made to WeGoBond.
  5. Participation in domestic and international trips.
  6. Customised travel planning and related services.

By making a booking, paying a deposit, paying any part of a trip cost, creating an account, accepting a quotation, or participating in a trip, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted:

  1. These Terms and Conditions.
  2. The Trip-Specific Terms.
  3. The Privacy Policy.
  4. The applicable cancellation policy.
  5. Any supplier conditions communicated to you.

If you make a booking on behalf of another traveller, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on that traveller’s behalf and that the traveller has received and agreed to them.

3. Order of Precedence

Trip-Specific Terms may differ because destinations, airlines, hotels, permits, foreign exchange exposure, supplier contracts, and booking lead times vary.

If there is a conflict between documents, the following order will apply:

  1. Any written amendment signed or expressly confirmed by WeGoBond.
  2. The Trip-Specific Terms.
  3. These Terms and Conditions.
  4. General website information.

A Trip-Specific cancellation policy will take priority over any general statement concerning cancellation or refunds.

WeGoBond designs, coordinates, and operates women-only group departures and customised travel experiences within India and internationally.

Depending on the trip, our services may include:

  1. Itinerary planning.

  4. Local guides.
  5. Activities and excursions.
  6. Meals specified in the itinerary.

5. Women-Only Fixed Departures

WeGoBond’s scheduled fixed departures are intended and marketed as women-only group trips.

Eligibility for a fixed departure may be confirmed during the enquiry or booking process. You agree to provide accurate information reasonably required to establish eligibility.

WeGoBond may decline or cancel a booking where:

  1. Material information has been concealed.
  2. False or misleading identity or eligibility information has been provided.
  3. The booking does not meet the published eligibility requirements.
  4. Acceptance would create a safety, legal, or operational concern.

The women-only description applies to the participating traveller group. It does not mean that every person involved in delivering the trip will be a woman.

Male personnel may be present or provide services, including:

  1. Drivers.
  2. Local guides.
  3. Hotel and restaurant employees.
  4. Airline and railway personnel.

Where WeGoBond provides a customised trip, participants of any gender may be included where agreed in the customised proposal.

6. Traveller Eligibility and Age

Unless otherwise stated, travellers must be at least 18 years old on the departure date.

A traveller under 18 may be accepted only with WeGoBond’s prior written approval and subject to conditions such as:

  1. Accompaniment by an accepted adult.
  2. Written consent from a parent or lawful guardian.
  3. Submission of identity and relationship documents.
  4. Submission of a no-objection or travel consent letter.
  5. Compliance with airline, hotel, immigration, and destination requirements.

WeGoBond may prescribe a minimum or maximum age for particular activities where reasonably required by a supplier, insurer, law, destination rule, or safety assessment.

7. Booking Requests and Confirmation

Submitting an enquiry, registration form, booking form, or payment does not automatically create a confirmed booking.

A booking is confirmed only when:

  1. WeGoBond accepts the booking.
  2. The required booking amount has been received in cleared funds.
  3. Required traveller information has been provided.
  4. Any eligibility or suitability review has been completed.
  5. Written confirmation has been issued by WeGoBond.

Availability may change before written confirmation.

WeGoBond may decline a booking before confirmation without being required to provide detailed reasons, subject to applicable law.

8. Accuracy of Traveller Information

You must ensure that all information submitted to WeGoBond is complete and accurate.

Names provided for flights, accommodation, permits, visas, insurance, and other reservations must match the relevant identity and travel documents.

You are responsible for costs arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or late information, including:

  1. Name correction charges.
  2. Ticket reissue charges.
  3. Visa or permit rejection.
  4. Supplier amendment fees.
  5. Cancellation charges.
  6. Additional accommodation or transport costs.

You must notify WeGoBond promptly if your contact, health, passport, visa, flight, or other relevant information changes.

9. Prices and Taxes

Trip prices will be stated in the relevant itinerary, quotation, booking page, or invoice.

Unless otherwise stated:

  1. Prices are quoted in Indian rupees.
  2. Goods and Services Tax will be charged as applicable.
  3. Tax Collected at Source may apply to international travel transactions in accordance with applicable law.
  4. Payment gateway, card, bank, foreign remittance, or currency conversion charges may be additional.
  5. Personal expenses and services not expressly included are payable by the traveller.
  6. Prices are based on the information, exchange rates, taxes, fuel costs, and supplier rates available when the trip is priced.

Before booking confirmation, WeGoBond may revise a price due to changes in availability, supplier rates, taxes, exchange rates, or other costs.

After confirmation, WeGoBond may recover an increase caused by:

  1. A new or increased government tax.
  2. A mandatory tourism levy.
  3. A visa or permit fee.
  4. A fuel surcharge.
  5. A foreign exchange movement.
  6. A supplier surcharge.
  7. A change requested by the traveller.
  8. A manifest pricing error.

Where a material increase is not attributable to the traveller, WeGoBond will communicate the available options in accordance with applicable law and the relevant supplier conditions.

10. Payment Terms

The booking deposit, instalment schedule, and final payment date are specified in the Trip-Specific Terms.

You agree to:

  1. Make payments by the stated deadlines.
  2. Use an authorised payment method.
  3. Provide payment confirmation where requested.
  4. Pay all applicable taxes and charges.
  5. Notify WeGoBond promptly if a payment appears unsuccessful or duplicated.

A booking amount may be non-refundable where stated in the Trip-Specific Terms.

If payment is not received by the deadline, WeGoBond may:

  1. Cancel the booking.
  2. Release the reserved place.
  3. Apply the applicable cancellation charges.
  4. Recover supplier charges already incurred.
  5. Suspend the release of tickets, vouchers, visa documents, or final travel information.

Acceptance of a late payment does not waive WeGoBond’s right to enforce future payment deadlines.

11. Payment Security

Payments may be processed through banks, payment gateways, Unified Payments Interface providers, card networks, and other authorised services.

WeGoBond is not responsible for:

  1. A payment provider’s system failure.

  3. Unauthorised transactions not caused by WeGoBond.
  4. Currency conversion rates applied by a bank.
  5. Payment gateway or bank charges.
  6. Delay caused by an incorrect payment reference.

You should not share your card PIN, Unified Payments Interface PIN, internet banking password, or one-time password with WeGoBond employees or representatives.

12. Cancellation by the Traveller

A cancellation request must be submitted in writing from the registered email address or through another channel accepted by WeGoBond.

The cancellation will be effective when received and acknowledged by WeGoBond.

Refund eligibility and cancellation charges will be determined by the Trip-Specific cancellation policy.

Depending on the trip, deductions may include:

  1. Non-refundable booking deposits.
  2. Airline cancellation charges.
  3. Hotel cancellation charges.
  4. Visa and permit charges.
  5. Insurance charges.
  6. Activity and event tickets.
  7. Administrative and payment-processing costs.
  8. Foreign exchange losses.
  9. Taxes that cannot be recovered.
  10. Amounts already paid or committed to suppliers.

Failure to join a trip, late arrival, voluntary withdrawal, or leaving a trip early will generally be treated as a no-show or cancellation after departure. No refund will be available unless the Trip-Specific Terms or applicable law provide otherwise.

A traveller is not entitled to a refund for unused services resulting from:

  1. Late arrival.
  2. Missed transportation.
  3. Personal choice.
  4. Illness or injury.
  5. Inadequate travel documents.
  6. Visa refusal or delay.
  7. Removal for misconduct.
  8. Departure from the itinerary without approval.

Any refund due will be calculated after deducting applicable charges and may be subject to recovery of amounts from suppliers.

13. Transfer or Substitution of a Booking

A booking cannot be transferred to another person without WeGoBond’s prior written approval.

A substitution may be refused because of:

  1. Visa restrictions.
  2. Airline rules.
  3. Non-transferable reservations.
  4. permit requirements.
  5. Rooming arrangements.
  6. Eligibility requirements.
  7. Supplier deadlines.
  8. Health or activity requirements.

Where a substitution is permitted, the original and substitute travellers may be responsible for all amendment charges and additional costs.

14. Minimum Group Size

A trip may require a minimum number of confirmed travellers.

Where the minimum group size is not reached, WeGoBond may:

  1. Cancel the trip.
  2. Postpone the departure.
  3. Offer an alternative date.
  4. Offer an alternative destination.
  5. Revise the trip price with the traveller’s agreement.
  6. Provide a credit or refund in accordance with the Trip-Specific Terms and applicable law.

You should not book non-refundable flights, visas, extensions, or other independent services until WeGoBond advises that you may proceed.

Where you book independent services before the trip is guaranteed, you accept the risk of cancellation or amendment charges relating to those services.

15. Cancellation or Material Change by WeGoBond

WeGoBond may cancel or materially change a trip because of:

  1. Insufficient bookings.
  2. Supplier failure.
  3. Safety concerns.
  4. Destination restrictions.
  5. Government advisories.
  6. Visa or permit issues affecting the trip.
  7. Political or civil disturbance.
  8. Natural events.
  9. Transport disruption.
  10. Force majeure.
  11. Circumstances making performance illegal, impractical, or unsafe.

Where WeGoBond cancels a trip for reasons within its reasonable control, the traveller may be offered an alternative trip, credit, rescheduling option, or refund of the recoverable amount paid for the affected WeGoBond services.

Unless required by law, WeGoBond is not responsible for independently booked flights, visas, accommodation, extensions, insurance, leave arrangements, or other consequential costs.

16. Itinerary Changes

Published itineraries are prepared in good faith based on information available at the time.

Travel involves changing conditions. WeGoBond may alter the sequence, route, accommodation, transportation, guide, activity, meal arrangement, or other part of the itinerary where reasonably necessary because of:

  1. Weather.
  2. Road conditions.
  3. Transport schedules.
  4. Local events.
  5. Supplier availability.
  6. Safety concerns.
  7. Government orders.
  8. Political conditions.
  9. Wildlife movement.
  10. Operational requirements.
  11. Traveller welfare.
  12. Force majeure.

Where possible, WeGoBond will provide a reasonably comparable alternative.

A change that does not materially reduce the overall trip service will not automatically entitle the traveller to cancel or receive a refund.

Travel times and itinerary timings are estimates and may change.

17. Force Majeure

“Force Majeure” means an event beyond the reasonable control of WeGoBond or its suppliers that prevents, delays, materially affects, or makes unsafe the performance of a trip.

Force majeure may include:

  1. Flood, earthquake, landslide, cyclone, wildfire, extreme weather, or other natural event.
  2. Epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, or public-health restriction.
  3. War, invasion, terrorism, threat of terrorism, or armed conflict.

  7. Airport, railway, port, road, or airspace closure.
  8. Supplier insolvency or failure caused by events outside WeGoBond’s control.
  9. Utility, technology, communication, or infrastructure failure.
  10. Any other event that could not reasonably have been prevented or overcome.

In a force majeure situation, WeGoBond may cancel, postpone, reschedule, reroute, or modify the trip.

The available remedy may depend on amounts recoverable from suppliers and may include:

  1. A revised itinerary.
  2. An alternative departure.
  3. A credit note.
  4. A partial refund.
  5. A refund of recoverable amounts.

WeGoBond will not be required to refund amounts that have been lawfully paid to suppliers and cannot be recovered, subject to applicable consumer law.

18. Flights and Independent Transportation

Unless expressly included, travellers are responsible for booking transportation to and from the trip starting and ending points.

You must confirm recommended arrival and departure timings with WeGoBond before booking transportation.

  2. Require assistance.
  3. Create a risk to you or another person.
  4. Require changes to accommodation, transport, meals, or activities.
  5. Affect emergency treatment.

Disclosure does not guarantee that every requirement can be accommodated.

WeGoBond may request a medical certificate or additional information and may decline or restrict participation where reasonably necessary for safety or where suppliers cannot provide the required facilities.

You are responsible for carrying sufficient medication, prescriptions, medical devices, and supporting documents.

Trip leads are not medical professionals unless expressly stated.

In an emergency, you authorise WeGoBond to seek reasonable medical assistance and contact your emergency contact. You remain responsible for resulting costs.

22. Accessibility and Special Assistance

You should inform WeGoBond before booking about mobility, sensory, cognitive, dietary, or other assistance requirements.

WeGoBond will make reasonable efforts to assess available arrangements but cannot guarantee accessibility at every destination, hotel, vehicle, heritage site, rural location, or activity.

A traveller who requires continuous personal assistance may be required to travel with a suitable companion, subject to the eligibility requirements of the trip.

23. Accommodation and Room Sharing

Accommodation is provided according to the Trip-Specific Terms.

Twin-sharing accommodation may involve pairing you with another traveller.

WeGoBond will make reasonable efforts to allocate rooms appropriately but does not guarantee:

  1. Personal compatibility between roommates.
  2. Twin beds instead of a double bed.
  3. A particular view, floor, room number, or room size.
  4. Early check-in.
  5. Late check-out.
  6. Identical facilities across all hotels.
  7. Single accommodation unless the single supplement has been confirmed and paid.

  6. The activity is not treated as a WeGoBond service unless confirmed in writing.

27. Independent Suppliers

Many trip services are provided by independent suppliers.

You should comply with carrier baggage rules and use hotel safes or secure storage where available.

Any theft or loss should be reported promptly to the relevant supplier, local authority, insurer, and WeGoBond trip lead.

29. Photography, Video, and Media Consent

Photographs and videos may be taken during trips.

WeGoBond will seek appropriate permission before using identifiable images, videos, voice recordings, or testimonials for advertising, social media, brochures, website content, or other promotional purposes.

You may:

  1. Decline promotional use.
  2. Inform the trip lead that you do not wish to be deliberately photographed.
  3. Withdraw consent for future use by writing to WeGoBond.

Withdrawal will apply to future use where reasonably possible and may not require WeGoBond to recall or destroy material already lawfully printed, distributed, or published before withdrawal.

You are responsible for respecting the privacy and consent preferences of other travellers.

30. Website and Account Use

You must not:

  1. Use the website for an unlawful purpose.

31. Intellectual Property

The WeGoBond name, logo, website design, itineraries, written content, photographs, graphics, videos, brochures, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Wonderful World Getaways Pvt Ltd.

You may use website material for personal, non-commercial information purposes only.

You must not reproduce, modify, publish, sell, distribute, or commercially use WeGoBond material without prior written permission.

32. Reviews, Feedback, and User Content

If you submit a review, testimonial, photograph, video, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that:

  2. It is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  3. It does not violate another person’s privacy or intellectual property rights.
  4. It is not unlawful, defamatory, threatening, or misleading.

Where you expressly authorise publication, you grant WeGoBond a non-exclusive permission to reproduce and display the submitted content for the agreed purpose.

33. Safety Disclaimer

WeGoBond takes reasonable steps to research, plan, and coordinate trips with traveller safety in mind.

However, travel involves inherent risks, including:

  1. Illness and injury.

  10. Limited access to medical care.

No destination, activity, accommodation, transportation service, or group arrangement can be represented as completely risk-free.

You remain responsible for exercising reasonable personal care and following safety instructions.

34. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

  9. Loss relating to an activity independently arranged by the traveller.
  10. Business loss, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity.

Any financial limitation of liability proposed by WeGoBond will apply only to the extent it is fair, reasonable, and permitted under applicable consumer law.

35. Traveller Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate WeGoBond for reasonable direct losses, claims, penalties, or costs caused by:

  1. Your unlawful conduct.
  2. Deliberate property damage.
  3. Materially false information.
  4. Your breach of another person’s rights.
  5. Your breach of these Terms.
  6. Claims arising from content you submit without authority.

This clause does not require you to compensate WeGoBond for losses caused by WeGoBond’s own negligence, misconduct, or breach of law.

36. Complaints and Grievances

You should report a service concern as soon as reasonably possible to the trip lead or WeGoBond contact so that an attempt can be made to resolve it during the trip.

A formal complaint should include:

  1. Traveller name.

  3. Booking reference.
  4. Description of the issue.
  5. Relevant photographs, receipts, or documents.

38. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and all bookings made with WeGoBond are governed by the laws of India.

The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussions.

Subject to mandatory rights and remedies available under applicable consumer law, courts and tribunals having jurisdiction in New Delhi, India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or a WeGoBond booking.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from approaching a consumer commission or other authority having jurisdiction under applicable law.

39. Changes to These Terms

WeGoBond may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, law, technology, or business practices.

Updated Terms will be published with a revised “Last Updated” date.

The Terms applicable to a confirmed booking will ordinarily be those accepted at the time of booking, together with any later amendment agreed in writing or required by law.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

The affected provision will be interpreted or modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it lawful and enforceable.

41. No Waiver

A delay or failure by WeGoBond to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.

42. Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under a booking without WeGoBond’s written approval.

WeGoBond may transfer its rights or obligations as part of a lawful merger, restructuring, business transfer, or supplier arrangement, provided that the transfer does not unlawfully reduce your consumer rights.

43. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Trip-Specific Terms, the cancellation policy, the booking confirmation, and any written amendments constitute the agreement between you and WeGoBond for the relevant trip.

Statements made in advertisements, social media posts, or informal communications will not override the written Trip-Specific Terms unless expressly confirmed by WeGoBond in writing.
